Rate Increase

Attention Customers:

We'd like to inform you that a rate increase was approved by the Board of Directors on September 11, 2025. The rate increase will take effect on your November 2025 billing statement. The minium bill will increase from $20.35 to $22.39 and all other tiers will increase by 10%.
